About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Clinic Office Manager to lead operations at our Katy Cinco and Morton Ranch clinics. This role is central to ensuring our clinics run smoothly, and you’ll have the chance to make a meaningful impact by coaching and mentoring your team, working closely with cross-functional partners, and fostering a supportive environment for both staff and patients.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring a positive and professional environment.
- Lead scheduling to maintain optimal staffing for seamless clinic functionality.
- Champion excellent customer service at all levels of the clinic.
- Manage reporting, including clinic KPIs, compliance updates, weekly team communications, and operational flow.
- Participate in recruitment efforts, building a team aligned with Goodside Health’s core values.
- Support employee development through team-building, mentoring, and coaching.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, labor laws, and all relevant regulations.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
- Exceptional customer service orientation.
- Professional communication skills with a positive, courteous tone.
- Confidentiality in handling sensitive patient information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and medical/patient applications.
- Ability to engage professionally with a wide range of people—clinicians, patients, families, suppliers, and more.
Qualifications:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with a Texas License required.
- BLS Certification.
- Pediatric and urgent care experience preferred.
- At least one year of medical office management experience.
- Flexible availability: clinic hours are 7 days per week, 365 days a year.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Clinic Hours:
Monday - Friday: 12:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Saturday - Sunday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
