Position Summary:
The Marketing Manager serves as a player-coach responsible for leading messaging and outreach strategies across all channels. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, partnering closely with the Digital Designer to deliver consistent, compelling campaigns. The Marketing Manager ensures brand alignment, drives awareness, and supports growth initiatives through effective marketing and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage content for social media, email campaigns, partner communications, and community outreach

  • Translate company services into compelling messages for families, school districts, providers, and community partners

  • Coordinate with the Digital Designer to ensure visual and written content are aligned and campaign-ready

  • Maintain and execute the campaign calendar across all channels

  • Analyze engagement data and adjust campaigns to improve results

  • Manage collateral, talking points, and marketing support for business development and clinic teams

  • Coordinate marketing needs for events, conferences, and school district partnerships

  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience with demonstrated campaign management

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive content for multiple audiences

  • Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics dashboards

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare or pediatric marketing

  • Supervisory experience

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

  • Hybrid office/remote environment with clinic visits and community-facing responsibilities

  • Ability to lift at least 20 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform tasks requiring fine motor skills and visual acuity

Schedule:

  • Full-time, standard business hours with occasional evenings/weekends for events
